Volume 2: Designed for professionals supporting young people who have experienced the toxic stress and stigma related to relational (identified as stress at home) . This interactive colouring book fosters social-emotional learning, strengthens trust, and encourages open dialogue surrounding the emotions from stressful experiences. Through guided conversation prompts and non-stigmatizing language that broadly discusses stressful challenges at home, and helps caregivers validate experiences, normalize complex emotions, and create a safe space for self-expression.

(Volume 1 is the same resource, but explicitly focuses on "parental mental health and substance use challenges" for individuals who want that experience acknowledged).

This resource is also relevant for adults looking for a tool to reconnect with their inner child. Ideal for therapists, educators, and support workers, it facilitates meaningful connections while empowering young people to share their feelings in a developmentally appropriate way.

Thanks for being here.

We are all a part of the village raising the next generation. How can you BEST contribute.

In the spirit of respect, reciprocity and truth, we honour and acknowledge Moh’kinsstis, and the traditional Treaty 7 territory and oral practices of the Blackfoot confederacy: Siksika, Kainai, Piikani, as well as the Îyâxe Nakoda and Tsuut’ina nations. We acknowledge that this territory is home to the Métis Nation of Alberta, Region 3 within the historical Northwest Métis homeland. We acknowledge all Nations – Indigenous and non – who live, work and play on this land, and who honour and celebrate this territory. Finally, we remain committed to continue to learn about the truth regarding Colonialism and residential schools in Canada, and will actively work towards reconciliation while advocating for our government to do so as well.
