When growing up with the stress and stigma of a parent's substance use, grief is a common experience, and does not only related to the death of a parent but also the loss of relationship to a parent, the loss of joyful weekends and holidays,  and .other critical life moments.  Through quotes from peerss and self reflection practices, this mini journal supports youth to feel understood and validated on their healing journey.
